Lie on your belly and place your hands with fingers widespread like a lizards claws, right under your shoulders. Bend your elbows and pull them tight into your ribs like chatarunga dandasana or just like a plank. Curl your toes under. Walk slowly and deliberately across the floor like a lizard. Use your tongue as a detector to sense distances and smells as you stick your tongue in and out.
