TableLie on your back with your knees bent, feet on the floor. Place your hands underneath your shoulders, fingers pointing towards your body. Press down with your hands and feet, lifting your body up until you are in table position. What is on your table? Practice with a friend. Set each other’s tables for picnics, birthday, buffets, pizza. Use your imagination.. Say each food or item aloud as you place it on your friend’s table. |
