You can take the MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) rail line from the airport into downtown for $1.75, get off at the Five Points station (16 minutes) and take a train East to the Decatur stop for another $1.75 (13 minutes). The Holiday Inn (below) is a short walk from the MARTA station and the Holiday Inn has a free shuttle from the rail station as well, just give them a call when you arrive in Decatur (404-371-0204). Taxi
The training site is 17 miles from the airport. A taxi will cost $40. Once you get into Decatur, you will not need a car - it is a walking town.
Renting a car
It will not be necessary to rent a car during the training as public transportation from the airport to the training site is excellent and Decatur is a very walkable community.
But if you would like to rent a car, you may do so at the airport.

By Plane
South Bend Regional Airport (Airport code: SBN) is the nearest airport, but it is fairly small, which means it is also generally more expensive. Chicago Midway (MDW) is the next closest and is a major airport. Chicago O'Hare (ORD) is also within shuttle/rental car distance, and is the country's most major airport.
You can rent a car at any of the airports or take the airport shuttle from them to the Michigan City Holiday Inn (not the Training site), and then from the Holiday Inn to the Grand Beach Inn (the Training site).
If you are taking the airport shuttle, call In Time Delivery, a local taxi company to schedule your pickup at the Holiday Inn.

From Midway or O'Hare

In Time Delivery, a local taxi service, will pick up trainees from either of the Chicago airports and take them directly to the Grand Beach Inn, in contrast to the Airport Bus Shuttle below, which drops off at the Michigan City Holiday Inn (which is about 10 miles from the Grand Beach Inn, the trainings site). From there you will have to get a ride from either In Time Delivery or from another trainee to the training site. In Time Delivery also said if he was transporting multiple people from the airport to the GB Inn, they might be able to match or beat the normal combined price of the Airport Bus Shuttle (below) and his price from the Holiday Inn to the Grand Beach Inn, so this could be a great way to go if you can get a bunch of people together.

Be sure to check Michigan City, Indiana and New Buffalo, Michigan since they are both within 5-10 miles of the training site. We also have a list of nearby lodgings. If you do not stay at the Grand Beach Inn, you can pay $25 per day for breakfast and lunch if you wish.
There are no restaurants within walking distance from the Grand Beach Inn or the Duneland Beach Inn and taxis are
not available either. We recommend that people carpool from the airport, their home-towns or wherever, if possible, so they can get around.

- Public Transit to Vancouver city and then bus to Whistler and taxi to Brew Creek Lodge: Bus service to Vancouver, Richmond and beyond originate at the Airport Station Bus Terminal, located near the Delta Hotel. Airport Station and the airport are connected by Buse Route #424, which picks up and drops off passengers at the Ground Level of the Domestic Terminal.
The #424 bus stop is located on Level 1 of the Domestic Terminal. Bus schedules are available at the Customer Service Counters and at the Visitor Information Centres on the Arrivals Level of both terminals.
Once at the bus terminal you can take the route below or as there are a few other options, it is best to get advice and schedules from the desk in the main airport. They will work out the quickest route for you to get to the Main bus station.
Fares vary depending on the destination and time of day. When boarding the bus cash fares must be paid in exact change. A change machine is available in the Domestic Terminal located near the exit doors closest to the transit area. Bus tickets may also be purchased at the 7-11 conveniece store and the Pharmasave pharmacy, both located in the Domestic Terminal. bus service frequency and times vary depending on time of day, day of week, or season.

- Greyhound Bus Service
Greyhound offers 8 daily departures from their Vancouver location and the approximate travel time is 2 hours 45 minutes. The distance from the airport to the Greyhound terminal is 9 miles or 14.5 km. Taxi service is readily available at the Vancouver airport and the cost ranges from $25-30 depending on the time of day. Alternatively an Airporter shuttle bus will take you from the Vancouver Airport to the Greyhound station and leaves every 20 minutes.

There are two rooms that can be combined as a suite, one of the rooms has 2 queens and one has a king. The cost is $400 for both.
Please note: Many times people have coordinated through Gail, regarding rooming with someone to share the cost. Please contact her to do this if you would like. Rooms will be held up to one week prior to the training. There will be no guarantee on availability, as there are a limited amount of rooms here.
Additional Information: This is located in a mansion on the property of a Golf, Tennis, & Pool Club. In the summer the facilities are open to mansion guests. Breakfast is included.

Driving from Boston (approx. 80 miles): Follow Route 2 west to Route 140 N, exit 24B, continue north to Route 12 entering Troy and turn right onto Monadnock St. East Hill farm is 2 miles on the left.
Driving from NY and CT: 91 N to exit #3, Route 9 to Keene. Route 9 East becomes 101 East. Follow signs for Route 12 South, Troy. Coming into Troy, go past the village green and turn left onto Monadnock St. East Hill Farm, 2 miles on left.
